// SaaS / Affiliate Marketing Platform
A multi-tenant, white-label affiliate network platform that lets any business spin up and run its own fully branded affiliate marketing network — complete with role-based dashboards for network owners, managers, advertisers, and affiliates.

AffsFlow is a SaaS platform built to solve a very specific problem: launching and operating an affiliate marketing network is normally a slow, expensive, custom-engineering effort. AffsFlow turns it into a self-serve product. A customer lands on the marketing site, picks a subscription package, and instantly gets their own affiliate network provisioned on an auto-generated subdomain — with the option to later point it at their own custom domain. From that moment, they are a Network Owner running a fully operational affiliate business.
This is AffsFlow's own back office, used by our team to run the platform itself rather than any single network. From here we manage every network owner on the platform, the subscription packages they can purchase, billing, customer support, company-wide settings, and the platform's SMTP configuration.
This is the heart of the product. A Network Owner manages their Managers, Advertisers, and Affiliates from one workspace; sets per-role default permissions so new users inherit sensible access automatically; and connects their own SMTP so every email a network sends comes from their brand, not ours. Owners can take the subdomain network we generated for them and point it at their own custom domain, create and publish offers, and configure how their network behaves end to end.
Managers get role-scoped access to handle affiliates and advertisers on the owner's behalf, without full owner-level control. Advertisers post and manage their own offers and track how they perform. Affiliates browse available offers, generate smart links, and monitor their own conversion reports — and, through API and postback integration, pipe AffsFlow conversion data straight into whichever other affiliate platform they run their business from.
Every role gets visibility scoped to what it's allowed to see: click reports, conversion reports, offer-level reports, affiliate reports, advertiser reports, and full affiliate postback logs. A targeted notification system lets owners message managers, affiliates, and advertisers individually or in bulk. Payouts can be issued automatically on schedule or triggered manually, with billing and network usage tracked alongside. A built-in AI chatbot lets network owners ask natural-language questions about their own network — traffic, conversions, affiliate performance — without digging through report screens. On top of the core product, an addon marketplace (Smart Links, Fraud Detection, and Conversion Rate Optimization) lets owners activate extra growth tools on demand.
AffsFlow also ships as a single multi-role mobile app. Whoever logs in — network owner, manager, advertiser, or affiliate — sees the dashboard built for their role, so owners can check network health, managers can review affiliates, advertisers can manage offers, and affiliates can track earnings and grab smart links, all without needing the desktop panel.
I led AffsFlow as Project Manager and was responsible for the system architecture from the ground up, including designing the multi-tenant database schema that keeps every network's data cleanly isolated while sharing one core engine. I directed a team of three developers, split the build across the five panels and the mobile app, reviewed and shaped the codebase throughout, and wrote a meaningful share of the code myself alongside managing scope, priorities, and delivery.
